Indian food of course – cant live widout it …..
1>The 100s of types of spices they use
2> The different type of pickles and vegetable rich foods..
3> The spiciness of the food makes me hungry , as well as it smells good 2.

I love Indian food. I cook it myself, with the help of a cookbook an a local store that sells things like garam masalla and tandori spice.
INDIAN FOOD!
Indian food.
I absolutely adore it!!!!
You can’t beat a nice hot Vindaloo.
I’ve probably had just about every kind you can think of.
Lamb being my favorite.
I like to add some water chestnuts to it every once in a while.
Of course though most Indian people would frown upon any meat but Pork.
If you don’t feel like makeing it from scratch you can’t beat Patak’s sauces.

Indian has more variety but the biryanis are very delicious on the other side of the border, too.
